On Thursday, March 4, 2004, I received my bank statement with a check #764 in the amount of $139.00 debited from my account.

I notified my bank and was told to call Pharmacy Cards @1-866-467-3536. I called on Friday March 5 and spoke with Vincent employee # 489. He informed me that I should recieved information packet in mail, which I had never received or requested, much less never heard of company.

He told me to send my bank statement to them to show where the check was cashed and I told him I would fax my cancelled check to indicate paid to them.

I called 3/8/04 today and spoke with Frank Employee # 227 and he said there was nothing he could do unless I send my bank statement. I asked where they are located and was advised could not give out physical location other they are in NE Canada, he wouldn't let me speak with no one else and hung up. This is a big rip off and I don't know how anyone can get your checking account number
