Classic Bait & Switch.

I ordered Phentermine.  They shipped Phentearemine, which they claim is a natural substitute but I took one. ZERO effect.

Here's what they do, they offer to sell you Phentermine.  You fill out their form.  You gloss over some "Terms of Use" info which is normally not important but in this case is very important. 

When I called customer support to complain, first thing they come at you with is that you "agreed" somewhere in their forms that if they cannot approve Phentermine for you then you agree to receive their "natural" alternative.  I was nice but I firmly told them that was bullcrap and that I'd just go ahead and charge it back on my credit card.  Then they get nasty saying something like, if you do that, we'll tell your bank what you tried to order online.  Ummm, sweety, I couldn't care less if you tell my bank.  :-)  If you knew what I did for a living, you'd laugh at yourself for saying that. 

So, anyway, I called my bank and they said they can't charge it back until I've returned the product.  PhentermineNY won't allow you to return the product so they won't give you a "Return Authorization number".  The bank said all I need to do is ship it back to them and get a tracking number and if I provide that tracking number, they'll charge it back to PhentermineNY.  So, I'm in the process of doing that now. It sounds like PhentermineNY spends the majority of their time fending off chargebacks so it'll be interesting to see if I actually get my money back but I'm gonna try.  If not, oh well, $130 down the drain.  :-(
