OC realtor Chris Guziak of Tropo Properties and Coast Sotheby's International Realty, contracted with Vortex Aerial in July, 2008 for aerial photography services. These services included aerial stills, a 360 degree spherical panorama and standard definition aerial video of the $12.5M property for sale, located at 1255 Pacific Ave., Laguna Beach, CA. The invoice amount was $1,100.00. He has since re-posted aerial photos belonging to Vortex Aerial on the site www.1255pacificave.com

Mr. Guziak was taken to court twice that year, but never attended the hearings. Both court judgements were in favor of Vortex Aerial. He has been contacted by phone and email to resolve the matter, professionally. However to no avail.

We have no animosity towards Mr. Guziak. We just want our payment in full, ASAP.
