I ordered a Everly Original painting back in Feb. 2009, threw HSN. Everything was on track as of April. Spoke to a rep. from Everly originals on April 19th, she said that they were very busy but my painting was almost complete and was on the rush list. I should receive my painting in a week or two. Well i never recieved my painting and i can't get a hold of Everly, come to find out they went out of business!

I contacted HSN and they refunded my money, but what about my orginal photos? The orginal photos were 2 of my wedding pictures, i sent them in because i could'nt get any copies made as we do not have the negitives (my wedding was 16 yrs ago) Now not only do i not have the painting, i don't have my pictures that i can never replace!! Shame on Everly and HSN!
