Portrait Innovations Push and Rushed Charlotte, North Carolina

My family & I went to Portrait Innovations in Arsley last Saturday.  We were there at our appointment time and I went for 2 specific pictures that I had seen them take.  An hour after our appointment we were finally seen.  Never did they ask what kind of pics I wanted so they just took what they wanted.  I was not pleased.  Families with a 2 year old make an appointment for a reason #1.  They were way over crowded #2. And we were rushed.  We probably spent about 10 minutes with the photographer getting pictures taken that I did not even want. You can not rush a family with 3 children.  Finally, 3 hours later, we left.  They called to tell us our pics were ready to see and I told them we were gone and would just go to Our Heritage which is where we always have gone anyway.  I just wanted those 2 specific pictures, but was never even asked.  I will never go back to this place and I will never reccommend it to anyone either.
