Dr. Svetlana Kogan, associated with the Doctor's at Trump Place, billed my insurance company for services such as a flu shot and after hours, which I DID NOT receive! They refused to speak to me, have made ABSOLUTELY NO attempt to resolve this matter and have now sent me to collections!!!???  I reported Dr. Kogan and the office to my insurance company only to find out that they lied and falsified records and documents of mine! This is an OUTRAGE! Dr. Kogan and this office should be ashamed of their horrific customer service and investigated for insurance fraud!!!!!
