In addition, Dominos Pizza Team upheld their Company's prestigious name because they immediately refunded my money, offered to replaced my order for free, and genuinly apologized for what it appeared to be an isolated incident caused by someone who doesn't deserve to belong to the exceptional Domino's Pizza family.
I like to praise Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Machin, and Ms. Haffey who showed me they really care about their customers as much as they care about their great company Domino's Pizza.
I like to add that I grew up eating Domino's Pizza, I went through college finals feeding my brain with Domino's Pizza, and my entire family has done the same. We absolutely love the product and now we love the concept behind it because we are also appreciated as customers. We actually feel as we are part of the Domino's Pizza family.
