pizza hut 4 out of the last 6 times have either made my order wrong or put less than half of the required measurements per topping on it. parkersburg, West Virginia

for the last 6 months pizza hut in my town does not put customer servive before everthing else. i almost pray when i place an order it is even remotely correct or edible. when confronting them with my issues they basically respond by denying any fault and offer no oppology. they, as a company are closing stores and are making no effort to improve themseleves. all of a sudden the very expensive pizza hut is offering 10.00 pizzas. i wonder why?

IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY MAKE YOUR PIZZA, THEN GET OFF YOUR *** AND MAKE YOUR OWN.
YOU WOULD BE AMAZED AT THE DIFFERENCE.
THE "REQUIRED" TOPPINGS?
REQUIRED BY WHO?GOD? SOME YUPPIE?
IF YOU MAKE YOUR OWN PIZZA, THEN YOU CAN PUT ON THEM WHATEVER YOU WANT, HOWEVER MUCH YOU WANT...
THE $10 PIZZAS ARE OFFERED BECAUSE TIMES ARE HARD.
THESE ARE PROBABLY ALSO THE SAME PIZZAS THAT USED TO COST $5 ABOUT FIVE YEARS OR SO AGO.
RESTAURANTS ARE IN BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY. FACT OF LIFE. WHEN THEY DON'T MAKE MONEY, THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
YOU CAN'T TALK TO THE MANAGER OF THE PIZZA HUT ABOUT THE QUALITY ISSUES YOU PERCEIVE?

How do you know what the required topping amounts are? Did you count the slices of pepperoni??? I'm sorry that your Pizza Hut doesn't have great customer service. As a manager in my town's Pizza Hut, my main concern is for the customers - for if the customers are not happy we arent happy. Believe me, I get on my employees' cases every time we have any kind of customer complaint, no matter how small the complaint may be. As far as I know, ADF (Parent company to Pizza Hut) is not closing any stores in excess, only ones that do not abide by Pizza Hut standards. We are kept to strict standards and each day have tons of paperwork to fill out and safety standards to inspect multiple times a day. Hope you don't base your experiences in one store on your perception of the entire company.
