Pizza Hut Bait and Switch Bartow Florida

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut tonight, something I rarely do because it is so ferociously expensive for what it is. The man who delivered it (somebody's dad) was very nice, and I can't fault the restaurant because they are only following procedure, but the main company is a pure bait-and-switch rip-off.

I wanted a small, but the thin crust only comes in medium. So, okay, I'll bite for the sell-up. I'm home sick with a change-of-season cold. When it came, I gave a slice to the dog and I took one. OMG! it was horrid. I had a Hawaiian pizza from them about a year ago and it was delicious. This thing is nothing but one huge matzoh with no tomato sauce, so little cheese I had to keep trying it to assure myself that yes, it's in there. The only thing you could taste was the pineapple and the matzoh. (I've had better matzoh from a box.)

This pizza was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what was in the ad. This pizza was dry and tasteless to say nothing of the expense. This was a complete in-your-face bait-and-switch.

My dog loves people food but he never came back for seconds and just looked at me from his bed like, "you've got to be kidding." Forget eating at Pizza Hut. Make your own at home with English muffins, tomato paste, cheese, black olives and all your favorite dressings. You'll save a bundle and be happier with the results.
