Pizza Hut - absolutely the most pathetic pizza ever Boise, Idaho

December 22, 2011 @  5:41 PM, I ordered a large custom Thin 'n Crispy pizza with Green Peppers, Jalapeno's, Red Onions, Pepperoni, Black Olives, Italian Sausage, EXTRA Cheese, & pork topping online for delivery.  After waiting for an hour, I called (208) 375-2919--the manager said they never got the order and would not deliver even though my gift card and credit was charged $20.27 online.  She finely agreed to send one out and needed my gift card again. I also gave them a print out of the order.

December 22, 2011 @  7:47 PM, although a pizza finally arrived, it was NOT what we ordered--it was absolutely the most pathetic pizza ever, and they wanted a $1.06 more. It had only a sprinkle of Green Peppers, Jalapeno's, Red Onions, Pepperoni, Black Olives, Italian Sausage, NO EXTRA CHEESE and very little sauce--the minimal ingredients did NOTcover the whole pizza.  For more than $21.33, we expected much more than we got.

We & our family have ordered from Pizza Hut for many years, from Alaska to Florida, to Idaho. Pizza Hut owes me a refund! DO NOT send a gift card replacement or have the store call.  A check for reimbursement will suffice.  Because of the rude, arrogant behavior of the manager and pathetic pizza, we will never order from PIZZA HUT again--you have just lost an entire family of once loyal customers!
