On December 15th I gave my partner a referrel to a new doctor that my friend had used. (she stopped using her also she wasn't happy with the results). On December 20th he went to Dr. Atkins for a consult and she convinced him to buy a package deal for $2,610.00 which included 3 Fraxel, 3 Facials, 1 Botox, 1 Juvederm, 1 Restalyn. He told her that he wasn't going to have any injections and she said he could trade the injectables for extra services(This package will save you money and you can switch them out for Fraxel or Facials ) He agreed and he set up his first appointment for a Fraxel. He recieved his first Fraxel the next Saturday when I saw him he had red and white blotches all over his face. He said don't worry it will go away in a week or so. His face began to clear up 6 days later and it looked smooth and plastic I asked him if he had a Botox injection and he said he never would so I dropped the Question. ( He and I have been together for 8 years and he never once has lied to me). He went back 2 weeks later and had a facial and he told me they had to use a less harsh chemical before the facial since he has very sensitve skin. His skin began to peel away and it began to look very plastic and shiny I again asked him if he had Botox and he again replied no no no I will never do that. After the facial we began to notice that the fraxel had caused the eye area to wrinkle more than before and we were very concerned. He went in for a checkup and her staff told him that they could take care of the wrinkles around his eyes with a Botox injection. He was so imbaressed about how he looked that he would almost try anything to fix his face. He was handed a small computer to sign and no further information was given. He was not warned about possible side effects or risks he was also not informed that she was using the Botox in a non-Fda approved way. He said he would never have even considered the injections if he had known that. Dr. Atkins didn't tell him that it was only approved for the Glabella lines. (per the FDA's website.) When I returned home on Monday after his injections he looked as though he had aged 10 years his face had dropped and his forehead was smooth and plastic looking his eyes were swollen and puffy even his neck area had dropped I feel that he suffered a slight facial palsy. I was devistated he looked horrible and I couldn't say anything about it I was afraid I would hurt his feelings. I held out until friday and I decided to call Dr. Atkins office and ask if he had Botox and Kim said yes. I called him and he confessed to me only after I told him I got the information directly from Kim. Dr. Atkins told me that if she had known that he had stroke history in his family and also he almost always avoids anything unhealthy and eats almost all organic foods that she would never have performed the injections. Dr. Atkins personally entered his medical information when he first came into her office so she should have known all of his information. He has been sick for over 2 weeks now and he rubs face and his neck alot due to the pain that I feel is associated with the injections he blames it on stress however he hasn't added any new stresses only those injections. He doesn't want to cause a big deal over this he is not that kind of guy. I could tell he was very upset when he saw the FDA's Wedsite(www.FDA.gov) he cried I have never seen him cry. I feel that people should have all the facts so they can make an informed choice when it comes to there health. He regrets going to Dr. Atkins and now he must live with his messed up face for who knows how long. I spoke to the manufacturer of Botox and they can't even tell me how long it takes for Botox to leave your system if ever. Please do your research and don't risk your health it is not worth it. He and I have agreed that its not worth the risk just take care of the skin you have and just be happy you are not sick or dead.

DO SOME RESEARCH AND FIND OUT WHAT BOTOX IS MADE OF AND HOW IT WORKS BEFORE YOU CONSENT TO HAVING THIS STUFF INJECTED INTO YOUR BODY.

YOUR BODY ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE HELL THE DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE TREATMENT, ALMOST ANY COSMETIC SURGERY OR CLINICAL PROCEDURE LIKE THIS ONE.

The entire account was taken from hearsey from all parties involved and i put it all down in the report none of the report seems to be very true it was my understanding that these were the events and now it comes down to alot of hearsey. Report was complete misleading of what happened and I am now recanting all that was said sorry for any misinformation.

Kevin and his report is simply not true, when challenged legally he decided to recant his unkind mean spirited comments.

It bothers me that a patients privacy is no longer respected.  If your partner is a grown man then he can make a grown up decision about a healthcare provider.  I'm sure his treatment was documented and he signed a consent form stating side effects (this is standard in any medical office) then he knew exactly what he was receiving. It is his right to choose what he wants to inject into his face.  i think he had excellent service and to attack the doctor is just wrong.

I know both of these "boys" and it is appauling to think that these men continue to go to doctor's office for the sole purpose of getting free injections and treatments.  They use to go to another doctor in the area, along with the so called friend, and when they had to pay for their treatments they started to complain.  After knowing my neighbors for a few years know, this is there motive.  They do not have two nickles to rub together and they use people for what they can get.  Do your research on Kevin Edins and William Jennings, I did.  They move property between the two of them to keep from paying taxes, they have relationships with other men for the sole purpose of defrauding them of their assests.  Yes this is how Kevin got the house in Savannah that he just lost on the steps of the courthouse in Savannah.  Oh yes, Kevin was married to someone, made a child, then turned gay!  Wow, what an example of a psychopath!  Both of these men destroy lives where ever they go, Atlanta, Roswell, Savannah.  I cannot stand back anymore and watch these crazy men destroy another life.  They ask me to go get Botox from Dr. Atkins just so that I could enter a "class action lawsuit."  I went to her office and I got botox and love my result, it was my first time and I like not have those deep lines in my forehead.  No problem.  Kevin and Will are the fraud's and I encourage you not to belive what he wrote.  Also, he told me that he was going to place marks on Will's head to ensure the lawsuit!  I hope this saves you!
