This place is AWFUL. I went for laser scar treatment. The first visit after consultation, WITHOUT my consent they put me under a dangerous light that was NOT part of the treatment. They did not notify me of any risks associated with the light, did not give me an option not to use the light and made me wear goggles so it would not damage my eyes and then told me they were "experimenting" with the light to see if it would make my treatment heal faster. They told me they need me to sign a consent form AFTER the fact that they put the light on me without telling me what it was and what the risks were and without me agreeing that they could use me as a guinea pig. I actually never signed the consent, and they could be in a LOT of trouble for this. After treatment they wanted to put me under again and i refused.
 
The doctor that did my treatment had no idea what she doing. When I came back for my 2nd treatment and told her my arm looked worse she said "Oh I think that's all part of the process." By the 3rd treatment I complained that my scars were not getting better and that the healthy skin around it was getting damaged, Dr. Epstein (the head Doctor and owner) claimed "he could not see what I was talking about" and didn't notice my arm getting worse, but then said, "oh well I have another laser that can fix that".
 
I emailed the office to notify them of how dissatisfied I was and asked if I should go on with the treatment even though it was scarring me, and I heard no reply. I did not show up to my next treatment to see what they would do and they did not even call me to reschedule or ask if everything was okay.
 
So, in the end, I am out over $500 and I have no improvement on my scar and now I have new scars. This place is horrible, I would never go here unless you want to pay money to look worse and be used as a guinea pig without consent.

WHAT TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT EXPERIMENTS ON PATIENTS WITHOUT HAVING A CONSENT SIGNED FIRST? I was never aware of the risks, and never even given the name of the light used. 

Maybe if they had agreed to give me my money back or at least answer my email I wouldn't have written this report and wouldn't be considering a law suit for the light used/experimented on me without any form of permission or consent. 

DO NOT EVER GO TO CHERRY HILL LASER!
