If you paid to have the surgery, then he owes you to have the surgery performed.  It sounds as if he knows he performed poorly on your lipo and knows he needs to do a re-do.  Not sure what two medications you would prescribe before surgery (unless they were antibioitics), but it certainly sounds as if he, in actions is admitting wrong doing.  I would keep pursuing this.  Doctors are not to be put on pedestals.  They are not perfect, they are not gods.  They make mistakes, they cheat, and they lie, just like everyone else.  Keep calling the office for a follow up appointment and let them know that you intend on taking this to the State Department of Health as a complaint. Then go on line and register a complaint with your state's DOH on this doctor.  It may not be the first one either.  Again, most doctors are honest, caring individuals.  But, there are always a few bad apples in the bunch.

The day I went in for surgery he cancelled surgery refused to reschedule surgery but kept my money. He had me take medications for a surgery he never performed. He had me take off work for a surgery he never performed. He perform poor lipo surgery and rip me out of thousands of dollars.  He takes countless pictures then tells you that he does not expect results. Why take pictures then????  

Be very cautious when dealing with him. Go to several doctors.  I should have known up front because he was able to get me in to do surgery with in a week - strange for a doctor that should have a good reputation.

Dear Consumers,DUE to the nature of certain Laws , I can only tell you certain things about this Person. They have lied, acted nasty and likes to sue people, and just a mean heartless and inconsiderate,ungrateful person.                                                           DR Dando Is one of the most kindness,giving,thoughtful,nicest, caring, considerate doctor.DR Dando alot of times he receives no money for many of his services, He is very generous and devoted too his Patient care and many people are grateful and pleased that he is their Doctor .He would never steal or RIP OFF ANY BODY I know this for a fact He Is RICH in LIFE not in material things.DR Dando was more worried and very concerned that the patient did not understand their recovery time, and would never put one in harms way,plus he did a wonderful Job. Thank GOD he did take pictures they tell all, COME SEE THEM. Which Is In This Person Paper work an is part of the PROCEDURE again no understanding, I did see the improvement in this person it was great plus this person lied on the paper work which also made this person outcome take longer . We have witness and proof that is all I can say ? Then we have found out thought another patient and an employee Heard this person and the Office Manger were holding the money back to split it , Dr Dando is in the process with the States Attorney to have the office manger charged for theft which we have proof. Plus I did a MD case search,This person who wrote this report has Sued Several people ,this person is Sue Happy Be Very Cautious When Dealing With This Person. I AM Really Sad how this person Thinks they Can Just Lie and Post it on the Web how heartless is this person .       Dr. William Dando is my medical doctor, he is wonderful!  I have never had any problems with this caring man.  It is true that often he never charges his patients, and even has set up convinent payment plans for his non-insured patients.   He always returns phone calls, and never makes you wait long for an appointent!  This is not strange, this is a good thing in a doctor.  I have not had any laser or  lipo yet, but I do plan on it in the future.  I would recommend him to everyone!
