Express Water Heater not a certified plumber since 1992 Camas, Washington

Earl Gooch is the owner and operater of Express Water Heater in Camas Washington. Earl has been in business since 1992 and has never been caught installing water heaters. He is not a certified licensed plumber as Washington State requires in order to install water heaters. Earl has never had a employee either. It has always been Earl doing the installations. Earl has attempted to get a number of required licensing but never filled a single one. He just got again, a couple weeks ago a trainee plumbers card. This is just a smoke screen to get LNI off his back for the moment. Earl has installed enough water heaters to raise 3 children whom are adults now have a stay at home wife/mother and purchase 2 homes. That is a lot of water heaters. It is shocking that any plumbing wholesale supply warehouse would sale water heaters to a business that has no certified plumber employed only Earl who is a construction contractor only.Express Water Heater has a single function of water heaters. Plumbing wholesale supplies has also a single function of plumbing suppies. It would be nice if they supported the certified plumbers by no sales to contractor and only sale to plumber who are certified licensed.Never purchases permits from county to install any water heaters either.

To catch this business in the act is hard due to the jobs are so fast and you are in then out within 1 hour and you are on the move continually.
