FBK Products, Inc. Calling about a bill for a product that was returned over 2 years ago. They claim they have no record of it. Boynton Beach, FL Flordia

Mike Sanborne has called me for three months saying, I owe a past payment for a product that was delivered to me over two years ago. I stated that I had returned the product over two years ago, because I don't remembering ordering the product. I have no use for it. I dealt with this in 2005, and a representative from FBK Products, Inc. said they had received it and everything was fine. However, in January of 2008, I started getting calls again about a past due balance for this product. They have no record of receiving any product or payment. They are lying........I am turning this over the Attorneys office for further review. Mike Sanborne faxed me a hand typed invoice with made up dates on it. I believe this is fraud. I will let the attorneys do what they do.
