Mays Plumbing and Construction, Inc. Quoted a water heater a price and gave me a bill of 100 dollars more.Did not do the estimate before gicing me the quote!bad bad bad business. I will never use them for anything no even recommend theis Amarillo, Texas

When I first call Mays plumbing and contruction in Amarillo to get a quote to have a new water heater installed, they gave me a range between 625 and maximum of 725. Before the technician started the installation I asked for the final price and he asked me to call the office. The lady who answered the phone which was the same who gave me the quote said that the total would be 711.56. After the technician finished the service he provided me with a 830.46 bill, which was a 105 dollars more than what she quoted. After I tried to solve the problem and even told her that i would not pay for that she said that they would remove the water heater they had just installed and would not replace with my old one...it all happened at almost 4 o'clock.I had no choice but pay the extra 100 dollars.

The technicians showed up 30 minutes late, I ended up taking 2 hours and a half off of my work, and paying much more than what they had quoted.

I will never ever use this company again! Bad bad Bad business!
