for proseal, stormvac, hyaid or whatever they call thierselves that day. do not let him transfer you to customer service. Demand your refund immediately by wire transfer or cerified check to be sent express mail. I was assured I would have funds in hand Wed, aug 30,2006, seeing is believing, I am not holding my breath.

Pro seal/Hyaid rip off final resolution

After my conversation with Kurt Streams last week 08-28-2006, Low and behold, a refund check arrived 10-05-2006 via USPS, not express mail as requested, but still arrived none the less. I'm off to Bank of America to cash it directly since the refund account is with them.
