This is all true. For a small leak on my water line I call those people. They came, 3 people the next day. Dig for about 10 min then decide they need a trackhoe (for digging less than a feet). Came again the next day, still 3 people when only one was needed, dig a huge hole, broke two other pipes when digging, finally fix the leak with a $0.47 plastic part straight from lowes and leave without even taking the time to fill the hole. Less than 2 days after the repair was leaking again and I fix it myself for good. Surprise, a month after. I got in the mail a bill for over $1000, charging me more than $300 an hour for such a poor job. When I refuse to pay for such a thing, they waited until I have to leave the country and put me to court during my vacation. I finally paid just for having some peace but I am not letting this go that way. Of course they are hiding in a PO Box and doesn't answer the phone as well as they avoid to get certified letters. My advice to anybody, stay away from that company

Timco sent 3 men the first day, charged a minimum service call on a plumber and helper.

Hand digging was impossible because of rock and depth of water line. (appox. 3'to 4')

Timco returned the following day with a rented backhoe. Operator uncovered the water line and while leak was being repaired, at Philippe Garnier's request, operator dug a 100' drainage ditch and graded area behind his barn. This was work not on the work order. Water line was back-filled and graded.

After billing Philippe, he would not respond to our invoice, statement nor phone calls. We took him to Small Claims Court to which he refused to appear.

The total bill was $867.59 including the backhoe rental. The judge awarded us $1,059.68 which included court cost.

Sure you can get all the lies you want and try to convince anybody that you can bill over $1000 for a 50 cents part, sorry but not me. Just give me a real address where you can be served, instead of hiding in your PO Box hole and you'll see what happen in front of a "real" court. I have all the documentation demonstrating the facts and you'll have not had a chance before if I don't have to leave the country to take care of my mother. I'll soon post pictures of your terrible job, (the repair crack just after a few days), and the way you were working. all on tape from my security system.(3 people, 2 talking, 1 working and not all the time).
