Contacted TLC Plumbing to fix a toilet that would not completely flush. After cancelling, plumbers arrived an hour and a half late. Supposedly licensed plumber could not tell me what was wrong, kept trying to clear lines (which he charged me over $400 for) when the problem was in the toilet. After almost $900, I got the entire toilet replaced and the plumber still could not tell me what was wrong. This company's ad claims serving San Diego County and Jesus Christ. What a scam, I thought they were christians.

I would appreciate the opportunity to face my accuser. Please provide the following a full name and address or a contract/invoice number so that I may have my staff look up your transaction and see if there is anything we can do for you. We certainly do not go out of our way to try and give horrible service. Please give us a chance to properly address your concerns. This statement was 2 years ago so it will take a little time to respond if you send us the above information. Thank you.
