Vintage Bathroom - Jeff Yuhl Unprofessional business practice/ Unsatisfactory Customer Service Buffalo, New York

In July of this year, 2009, I purchased a used vintage toilet tank from Vintage Plumbing.
I dealt directly with Jeff Yuhl, the business owner. He wanted $250 for the tank and $188.19 for shipping and insurance which was paid for by check before the shipment was made.

The tank was delivered by UPS. The tank was very poorly packaged and was broken when I opened the box. I took pictures of the tank and box as delivered and emailed them to Mr. Yuhl. His reply was, "can you fix it"? I contacted UPS and filed a damage claim. UPS picked up the tank and returned it to Vintage Plumbing.

After a few weeks I contacted UPS and was informed that the damage claim had been denied due to poor packaging.

I have called and emailed Yuhl many times with no response. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Buffalo, New York and filed a report with them. I was notified by them that Yuhl had not responded to their inquiry.
I continue to try and contace Yuhl many times since then but have not received a response.
