Spencer Case is employed with the Alpine County Sheriff's Office after being terminated from his position with the South Lake Tahoe, California Police Department after an illustrious 5 month career as a police officer. Prior to that time, Deputy Case was terminated from his position as a Fish and Game Officer for the State of California after only 5 months of service in that job.

Deputy Spencer Case has been relieved of duty from previous stints of employment due to being found grossly negligent in his duties as well as having lied on various applications for search warrants. His apparent lack of integrity is matched only by his ignorance of the California laws that he is sworn to uphold.
Anyone coming in contact with this law enforcement officer should immediately utilize a video and/or sound recording device in order to protect oneself from wrongful prosecution. He is a totally incompetent deputy, and should be avoided at ALL costs.
