A fairy tale called the boy who cried wolf once too often -

What is your beef with Social Security?? If you threatened them then YES you broke the law

If you fear for your life call your local police!

 

I am disabled as a result of having a spouse attempt to murder me and from a knife attack where the police tied me up and severed my left ulnar nerve. Now in the course of contacting the US Social Security office here in Gallatin about my case and claims, they filed a false report and are claiming harassment and now have someone from the US Protective Service (Homeland Security) threaten me with arrest if I call the office which is insane. I mean some woman in an office picks up the phone and the killers show up on the doorstep, I scream bloody murder for decades about ending up dead in my own home and nothing is done as of 7 years later. Why is that I wonder? This is just more "Put up and shut up" from the boys in blue and ladies in government. The killers and flakes are:

Unfortunately it is true, no fairy tale here and I'd agree, crying wolf one too many times makes people like you seem like the liars you are, I'd add Jeff Kingsley to the list as well. What is your beef with me? Do you know anything about me? I doubt it. How can you make the claim to support them or rebut me, you offered nothing in response. Or did you count how many times I "Cried Wolf"? How is that possible given you don't know me? It seems odd you'd show up and take shots at someone with a valid gripe against those who take the Constitution and tears it up in front of you. I threatened zero people, this is NOT what they claimed, they claimed I HARASSED someone, which I did not do either. Do you know how many times I've heard that claim from people who are too lazy to hear it, or too involved to want to hear it and be accountable for it. Go sell your brown nosing elsewhere, you need to hold people accountable and I don't worship the US SSA or DHS, nor should you. You'd be surprised what was done not to pay this claim. Consider again who was threatened, I was, and again nobody said anything to you about me needing to call my local police, did I? I think you are not able to read either but prefer to interject your view of the facts and lead us to some other conclusion which was never supported by my statements or anyone else's for that matter.  Did you also assume from all this that I claimed I was from Germany?  I never said that either, maybe you can assume that somehow?

. I know the law and I'll not be prosecuted for anything here, I've already figured that out in case you missed that already. Send in the next pundit (Talking Head), I am ready....looks like more damage control and cosmetic surgery going on here.

Oh by the way, were you paid for your "Endorsement"?  I do hope not, it is not worth its weight in Gold since any school kid could have coughed up that one.  Try putting some facts into it next time and sell us on the concept you propose, whatever that is?

Maybe you should contact your state's mental health department and ask for some help.

Both are true, why would I contact a mental health department? 

I had a spouse attempt to poison me to death in 2003. 

I was attacked violently in 1981.

Did you want a doctor to make it all better for you by claiming it never happened? Is that what you suggest?  I'll bet those doing the cutting would like that too, seems honest right?

Guess what?  It is actually worse than that since there is more here than what is listed in two postings obviously. So what was your point?  You live in Phoenix, are you insane?  I think you are paranoid, delusional and lacking in compassion to live in that dump.  Did you think I "Imagined" the scars on my body?  You must have some crackpot theory that explains them since you are an "Expert"?

Assuming I would contact the State's department of (Mental) health, what do you think their response would be since they and their officers are at fault? Are you half as smart as you think you are? Answer that question honestly and get back to me, to be fair I think you stuffed your foot in your mouth again. Care to strike out completely? How would that get any closer to solving the crime? Would chronic pain mean that the injury never happened in your mind? Or is it not possible that one person has TWO bad things done to him? I've heard of people getting hit by lightening ten or more times. Or do we just pretend bad things never happen and take placebos so you feel better about it until it happens to you or a "Loved One", if you are capable of that emotion? Unless I missed my guess, you were not offering any support for someone only wishing to discredit him, correct? Why? Do you find it offensive that I complain about such violence and expect justice, surely your statistical analysis failed, so is this personal for you? Complete strangers get attacked and you attack them again, and cast aspersions on their mental competency? Go have a stroke or get a case of food poisoning, not unlikely in Phoenix, and then I'll show up to offer a mental health "Defense", does that work for you? You need to get a new line of thinking, since this one does not work.

Consider this also, both attacks and the fact they lied about it are related. Why cover it up and lie to me about it if everyone is so brave, strong, right, righteous, and morally correct? Look me in the eye and be proud you broke the laws you pretend to enforce and brag about it to me. Or admit you are impotent in your blustering brags to enforce the law in this country at all. You can't have it both ways. Neither can they and it is all a sham as far as I am concerned.

Honestly, I think people like you can be lumped into one category, since your responses are ALWAYS the same and it speaks towards your ignorance and lack of ethic. Contribute something here or leave. The State has been dishonest and this IS the point, they will continue to be so. They don't want to pay and guess what? Those involved prefer not to serve prison time for it. So what did you think the mental health people will offer you in this? When those responsible go running for the shelter of mother's little helper, they will have a hard time with it since you are the last people I am telling about this. My ducks are in a row.

On two days in November, I made one phone call each day to request an update on my benefit pay and why it has taken over a year to receive it and on both occasions I had this Kinglsey idiot come to visit my home to tell me I have no right to contact the Social Security office in Gallatin.  I make one call, and since they don't want to pay, are likely taking the law into their own hands, and this is a bunch of women taking matters into their own hands or playing a victim in this, they now abuse their power and claim they are being harassed by their clients.  Amazing, on both occasions this DHS yokel shows up in response to one phone message, the first time within one day, and the next time on 11/19/2009 when I left a message on labor day 11/11/2009.

 

This is incredibly crooked stuff.

 

To this Stacey "Person", I think to be fair some people come here with serious concerns and take the information exchanged here seriously as well. I think it odd and unfair, you don't even know me, that you arrive and make these grossly inaccurate statements about my character based on your knowledge of nothing. You don't even know me and if you did you'd realize a few things, namely:

1) I suffered in silence for years, decades actually. So nobody here cried wolf but you, and others who misled me.

2) Nobody here was threatened, where did you get this bit of misinformation from?

3) You protest too much about people you don't know about things you have no direct experience of and that all seems to make you look like a protectionist for those that caused the harm.

I just had to add this since I don't think what you said nor what was done to me was appropriate.

And doing this, entering into personal attacks against victims of violence, makes you look like the thug that you are.

Sounds familiar she says? Look for the 60 Minutes episode entitled "Delay, Deny, And Hope That I Die" about Social Security and the tactics these people use to let people die in the street and starve to death before they get paid.

So you know, the "Supervisor" here who threatened to have me arrested, which is NOT going to happen by the way, if I went to their office, is named Ms. Sherrow, I had the spelling wrong since we've never met. It begs the question why I'd go there to be insulted again, as I was in the past, disrespected, and lied to. So no, I won't be going there either since I am disabled and all this can be done over the phone, email, fax, or letter. See, if these people wanted to be accomodating like any professional would, they'd provide ways to reach them other than have a crippled guy come into the office to be insulted, mocked, or otherwise run down. I think then hiding behind the police, who can't be bothered seeking justice for victims of violence and for which this is directly their fault, only not to pay someone, well it just seems cheap and dishonest and smacking of some southern good old boy greasy law enforcin' goin' on down heeeauh.
