The most obvious flaw in this allegation is that the person making the claim does not feel confident enough to stand behind it with their full name. We have been investigating police misconduct for 30 years. We service more than 1500 clients per month. We do our best to serve every client at a level that ensures their case was handled properly. However every business occasionally has dissatisfied customers.

We believe that this report is part of an ongoing online smear campaign by an ex-staff member. You can go here (((link redac ted))) to find out why we were forced to terminate him. The former staff member was terminated for embezzlement and making false reports against police officers. It is not beyond him to use fake names or his own name in attacks on our organization. The same staffer launched a similar online smear against his parents in 2005. The smear was so offensive it generated several local news reports.

This post is false and it should be removed until the party making the charge is willing to stand behind it. We stand behind our work with our name, regardless of anonymous postings to the contrary.

As a previous connsumer who hired the police complaint center I feel that I have been cyberstaked by Diop kamau in retaliation for the complaints that I have posted. After discussions with others I believe that Diop and Greg may have been working as a team.

"JANE" and then the person who says "BUYER BEWARE!!!" are probably the same cyberstalker of Diop Kamau and the PCC, former employee of the PCC, Gregory Slate. You can see PCC's explanation about him at gregslate dot tv, please riproffreport, don't censor that link, there are a lot of people confused and hurt by what greg slate is doing anonymously. His case is very strange, and very sad, Greg Slate did a lot for PCC , but then he wigged out, he began to obsess on and slander his parents, his co-workers at PCC, even himself (!) (here at this page, for example...Greg Slate denounces Kamau and...Greg Slate, ....the diagnosis is probably Bipolar disorder or something like that....If Greg Slate gets treatment (therapy/counseling) and then apologizes to the people he has damaged by his slander, each one will probably forgive him and work with him again. Greg, if you read this, please snap out of it, you are a brave and intelligent American, and even you yourself wouldn't appreciate being done to you what you are doing to others.

January 3, 2008 Sgt. Richard Del Toro of the Port St. LuciePolice Department professional standards division completed an investigation of Cheryl Snow's complaint. You may view the complaint on our website on our false complaints page. On January 9, 2008 the Department of Justice completed their investigation. The results were the same, both agencies concluded that Cheryl Snow's complaint was false. When we reported our findings to Mrs. Snow she became angry and demanded a refund. On our website and on all of our contractual agreements we specifically explain that we cannot provide refunds on investigative work after the work has been completed. Nevertheless, we told Mrs. Snow we would grant her a refund if she would simply complete our refund form. She refused and instead began a campaign online to discredit our organization. I advised her in writing that if she continued to post comments online we would no longer consider a refund though we were not obligated to give her one in the first place. she did not heed my warning and continued to post derogatory comments everywhere she could get a forum. We have included a case closure form on our website which details several dozen hours of work on Mrs. snow's complaint investigation. She took her case to the Florida private investigative licensing board. We will also include a copy of their letter closing the case after their investigation. None of Mrs. snow's allegations were proven to be true by the Florida Department of Agriculture and consumer affairs. Anyone requesting a report will be provided a copy of the letter and their investigative file. We have nothing to hide nor be ashamed of based on the claims of Cheryl Snow.she has joined two other clients Dennis Obado a convicted drug dealer and Mary Hoerster (says the police had a hit squad out for her). all of them have complaints about our company nearly 4 years old now. Nevertheless like a chorus they pop up everywhere on the Internet crying out as though the claims they are making were just reported yesterday. Undoubtedly, Mrs. Snow has transferred her anger from the police to Policeabuse.com. the record is clear that we have no obligations to this woman. The work was done and she's not happy with the results. We serve several thousand clients a year. We are disappointed that everyone's not always happy with the way their cases turn out. We never promised outcomes. We can only guarantee that a thorough investigation will be done. We did one. Mrs. Snow should move on.
