US Department of Homeland Security Federal Court Officer Attempts To Run Me Over As I Cross The Street Miami, Florida

I found it infuriating that I was nearly run over by what looked to be a federal court police officer driving his Black Toyota Tundra truck with Florida plate Q12 8UQ at 05:50 am on 04/10/2007 as he turned on NW 3rd St and NW 1st Ave as I crossed the street on foot. He waited for me to get farther across the street in the lane he'd be taking, he did not signal or give any indication he would be turning and he then suddenly turned without warning onto 3rd nearly hitting me as I crossed forging me to jump out of the way. I then returned to obtain his plate number after he exited the vehicle and I noticed then had had a uniform and a badge and he then took offense to me getting his plate and he began walking back making threats but turned to run away when I challenged him telling him he tried to hit me with the truck, what would he do now, shoot me?. I returned to the car and was then stopped on the way by what looked to be a Metro Transit security vehicle who turned around to meet me and another officer who had been walking by and he asked me "what my problem was". I should have asked by what means did he consider that I had any problem at all, but I told him that I was nearly struck by this person in his truck and he said that the driver had complained because he was concerned about people breaking into vehicles in the lot there. No, I said, he was worried I'd get his plate and report him as I did.
