Reviewing my phone bill from Windstream I found a charge for $14.95 and the words "Billed on behalf of VOICEMAIL PROFESSIONALS". The letters "VMAIL MTHFEE" were nearby. I called Windstream and was 'stonewalled' and still do not know who these people are and what service they are trying to collect and why.

To Mike: Phone number to call to cancell the unauthorized billing from Voice Mail Professionals.

Mike here is the phone number of Voice Mail Professionals. Call them and tell them that you did not authorize the subject billing and you want the service cancelled immediately and your bill credited through the phone companies billing service.
The number is: 1-866-576-1876.

There are thousands of people in your situation. I don't know why the Government don't step up to the plate and stop this crooked scheme and put these kind of companies out of business. They should go to jail.
