Alabama's election victory for Mc Crory sealed the fate of Alabama's worst corruption scandal of 2009 causing the resignation of the City Attorney and showing the voters of Alabama rightfully regected the worst politician in known history.

Election results survived a recount and court challenge and no one can overturn voters true intent to elect the best candidate for MAYOR OF MONTEVALLO in  the state of ALABAMA.

Each handcounted ballot was analysed by an independent voter commission to check for damaged or illegible ballots.  No ballots were found to be wrong, not even a hanging chad or mismarked ballot with stray marks.

Original count was within a few votes and the recount showed accurate counting was done.  The lawsuit filed shows loser had no grounds for challenging the election and political process claims a victory for DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPALS.

The city attorney should resign and let honest citizens of alabama to vote for their choice of candidates and not be subject to election fraud.  dishonest politicians must resign now or face the wrath of voters in the 2010 election.

No one believes that Mc crory is not entitled to full support of the council and the new city attorney will be backing up the office with legal opinions for the city to prevail in city business and litigation.
