Our pool construction began in November of 2008 and completed in December 2008. Everytime it rains, the drainage from the yard overflows into the pool. The company was instructed about the natural drainage of the yard and only installed 1-4" drain to handle the water. They were asked at every phase of the construction if it was enough drainage.

They will not return calls. I've been calling since December, January and April. My pool is completely unusable. We were not able to heat the pool for my son's 9th birthday party as desired. It is full of mud/dirt and debris. You can not even see the steps.
