Danny has been building pools and stealing from customers for many years in the North Texas Area. The Dallas Cty DA and Collin Cty DA have been unwilling (so far) to pursue Danny. He starts a pool and uses the money to advertise for more victims. He started my pool, got the next (substantial) check and spent the money on his own home! There are dozens of victims! I am out $45-50,000 for the damage done to my yard and the work left undone.

His foreman become aware of the using money from one project to do some work on another, complain to Danny and are promptly fired. He is a compulsive liar and mentally unstable. He knows what he is doing and will continue until he is sent to prison. Based on my discussions with his previous foreman (two of them), the theft he has accomplished is close to $ 1,000,000 in the past 3 years.

No pools are completed anywhere near the original cost and Danny adds to his bill as he progresses right up to where he quits paying the subs and they stop working. Danny accumulates no assets that you can put a lien on and his home is in his mother`s name. A lawsuit has no "teeth" and the only hope is for a DA to make a move...
