DPD Pools - pooldeals - Poolzone Ripoff Does not deliver and can not be contacted what a Joke Niagara Falls New York

I purchased a pool liner and a floor for my 24' adove ground pool on 6/1/2007 I have received the floor but to date I have not seen the liner. I have been charged the full amonut on my credit card so I know the have been paid in full. I have sent them an E-Mail and called three times a day for the last week all I get is a busy single.

There must be a lot of unhappy people is what I am thinking they will not answer there phone or return my E-Mails so what am I to think? I hope the liner is just on back order if so all they have to do is contact me (right) well guess not.

I have tried in the past to reverse a charge on my credit card for orders I have placed in the past and have not had very good luck. I think the best coarse is to contact the attorney general in both states envolved and the post masters office and file report with both for fraud and items ordered and paid for but not received.

I am not sure but I beleive this is a Federial. Good Luck People if you take the chance and order something from them you will need all the luck you can get.
