Pool King Kenneth Von Lanni Scams Little Children Out Of Swimming Pool Gift From Mother Ripoff Houston Texas

I entered into contract with Pool King on May 4, 2007. The total price of our pool was 23,000.00 I have paid 95% of the contracted amount to Kenneth Lanni, president and owner of Pool King, and my swimming pool is only 30% complete.

He got us as far as gunite, and then up and left us with no contact at all. I cannot get him to return our phone calls, much less to get any kind of work done on my swimming pool.

I wanted to give this to my children as a heartfelt gift from their mother and father. I wanted to have wonderful memories etched into my childrens minds of laughter, fun, and sun. Instead, I now have young children who do not understand what has happened and why they do not deserve this swimming pool. All they know is that it is mommy and daddy's fault. My children have suffered alot @ the hands of Pool King and Kenneth Lanni. Now, I do not have the means to go out and have our pool finished. It is a 22 x 30 cement pond. My back yard is a disaster area with rebar sticking out and mosquitos everwhere.

Please don't make the same mistake that I did. I sit here and type this as a warning to all.
