Scot Hanson - Waterworks Pools And Spas Total Fraud! Scam Artist! $$$ Beware!! Dallas Texas

This report has many facts not explained which paint a very different picture, one based in reality, the type you use in a LAWSUIT. Which, after this outright slander, and demeaning of my company and name, will result in a final 10 day letter for demand of the remainder of the contract, $5,000.00, and if no response a lien will be filed. This will be answered in a Court of Law not the, One Way set up the internet provides. Waterworks designed a remodel plan for these people, it was a 2-3 week process of design and redesign, a plan and price were agreed to, a contract was signed, a $3,000.00 dn payment was AGREED to, the pool deck was demoed, as per contract, and a $3,500.00 payment was made. Weather delays in Dec. 08, caused chrisman to throw us off the job, we were told not to come back, and return money, but after some common sense negotiations, all parties AGREED to go on together. Tile was installed and the next sch. payment of $3,500.00 was paid, at which time weather and the Holidays became a factor in progress, 2 days after sch. delivery of coping, days that were rainy and freezing, crisman called, and said he had called Nobel tile to ask about delivery, This Not Being The Supplier for product, they had no delivery, then explained they had a returned check for a company with our name, Which We Were Aware Of and explained It Is Not Ours, and they have not filed it as such with the District Attorneys office. Soooo, with this eroneous information, Scott is contacted by Chrisman, and told, dont come back, you are done here, and I want my Money back. I explained the payments are set up to be paid in full for each phase completed, so we are paid, and there is no refund for a completed phase. Fact is chrisman is a teacher, and i am an ex student, and I feel chrismans pride wont allow him to admit he was wrong by jumping to conclusions, and the real world is a 2 way street, not a dictatorship like a classroom. The police are working on it? On what? Your civil suit, which you wont file, because you are wrong. Waterworks pools and spas will speak to anyone representing chrisman on working out the completion of the pool, if we are not contacted we will serve a demand letter, if no response, we will lien the property. And its all public record like this.

You are not the only victim of these two people.  Please see Atlantis Poolscapes or Blue Water Creations.  He also threatened to sue me, I looked forward to it.  He won't show his face in court because there are many people that he defrauded and collectively, he will not face us.    Scott was run out of Nevada and has come back to Texas where the contractor rules are not so strict.  Beware of this person, he will take you for everything!

Fact is both these people caused thier own ills.

Both these people tried to Dictate the circumstances of the remedy of the problem.

Both these then realized, the actions they took were 1 sided, left them with holding the bag.

We have respounded very specifically to these false, 1 sided, manipulative statements.

They have no CASE, thus they file no suit.

They have no standing, thus they cry fowl on this internet REVENGE site.

We all know people who try to take the moral high ground by spinning the facts to thier liking. We all know of small minded people who point fingers and explain only what they understand to be the facts.

Fact is, they violated the agreement, on several concrete issues, and the consequences are the end of a working relationship, and they are on thier own.

So, when they then seek legal advice, they are told, Oh, you screwed up. Nothing you can do but reconcile. But do to pride, feelings hurt, they go it alone, and respond with a revenge site.

Darlene, if thier are SO MANY wronged persons, where are thier revenge comments. Only 3 people here in 8 years.

Just an update on the Hanson Nightmare.

We found a pool guy that is as good as Scot HAnson is Crooked! When Scot tore the cool deck with a JACK HAMMER, it was clear thet he NEVER intended to do the job. We had to have it saw cut, before the tile and coping could be put down.

In the course of getting ready to file a court case, I talked with a bail bondsman, who has access to Dallas County court records, and found out Scot Hanson had at that time, more than 10, we think as many as 12 CRIMINAL cases, including Assualt with a Deadly Weapon, and Possession of a Controled Substance,

My dad passed away earlier, and I have not followed up on this. I hope Scot in doing time now, that is where he should be. If anyone hears anything about him, I would be interested in knowing.

I have responded to this mans false claims already.

But I will respond to his harm motivated statement.

He admits we DID WORK.

Then reads my mind, divines my intentions, and claims I had wrong motivations in doing THE WORK WE ACCOMPLISHED.

He forgets the fact we moved NAKED STATUES around his pool, though our contract had no such clause to do so in it.

He also leaves out the fact he DEMANDED for me to put people in his back yard during a winter storm or NOT COME BACK.

He also claimed we had a bad check at a tile company, which we had already contacted then with evidence the check was not ours.

Then he cliams we STOLE 10,000.00 from him?!?

How Chris Smith of Garland High school drunk, by ripping out the deck? And recieving a contractually prescribed payment.

Our did we steal by PURCHASING the tile, and INSTALLING the tile, then RECIEVING a contractually prescribed payment.

And again YOU GOT THE FACTS wrong. And I will leave your own false, misleading statements as proff you are a FRAUD who thinks he is still a teacher over a student dictating terms, while the police stand behind you with a billy club.
