See-Blue Pools of Texas built a pool and patio for us in the Spring of 2009. While the end result looks good, the final cost of the pool was thousands more than due to the poor quality of workmanship done by the company. 

The biggest complaint I have (and biggest problem that still remains) is the electrical work that was done installing the filter and pump system. Apparently this was a "new" type of system that he clearly did not understand how to install. Mind you, this was the system recommended by the owner. System was so poorly installed that it blew the main breaker for the house after 1 week of running. Still cannot get things running completely after numerous attempts to correct. He also did extensive damage to our sewer and water system (which he took great pleasure pointing out his contractual waiver to property damage).

Startup of the pool was non existent. The included startup did not happen due to a disagreement with his contract service (for apparent non payment). When asked to complete the job owner Jerry Moren became verbally abusive on more than one occasion. My spouse was treated with a condescending and sexist attitude. My licensed general contractor was also treated to numerous insults. Spouse also noticed slurred speech and evidence of intoxication as one other report here mentions. 

Finally, See-Blue pools did a terrible job with our drainage. Their inability to properly grade anything cost me several thousand dollars in additional expenses to ensure I was compliant with local and state covenants. Don't bother with The BBB, the owner either knows someone or understands their system well enough to get around the most complaints with a resolved status. It is clear to me that this is a company struggling to make it (not uncommon in pool builders these days). Go elsewhere, you can do way better. You should enjoy your pool not have to struggle to get past the BS to enjoy it.
