Serenity Pools and Spa Avoid the stress and get your pool installed by some one else Woodstock, Virginia

Nice as punch until they receive your final payment and the they forget who who are.  Full of promises and assurances but their word is not their bond.

Pool construction started off all right but after the first week delay after delay was the norm.  I could understand some of this due to the bad weather but 3 months delay was too much.  

We found contract discrepancies and equipment issues that took us numerous attempts before Serenity  resolved them.  The workmanship on the concrete decking received a C grade and we had to correct to the best of our ability despite Tommy's assuurance that he would fix.  The pump that was installed was wired incorrectly contributing to an algae problem.

 We never received the pool cover or solar blanket.  If I have to buy the items again we are talking about another $1,200 to $1,500.

If you have to use Serenity make sure you check current references and amend the contract to allow for an escrow amount to cover the cost of item not resolved.  Also, amend the contract to allow recovery of attorney fees and have Serenity provide you with all license information. This last bit of data will go along way in seeking remedy in Shenandoh District Court.
