SWAN POOLS REFUSE TO BACKUP THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY THEY OFFERED ME WHEN THEY BUILT THE POOL 10 YEARS AGO.AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, Internet

I made my pool with this company 10 years ago.In spite of thefact that I got a LIFE TIME warranty on the structure ,10 years later the pool cracked that bad that,I was loosing about a 1000 Gallons of water a day.Swan Pools instructed when contacted to keep on filling up the pool...However after a month and a half a many emails and wasted time,they refuse to do even that little that they promised,to epoxy fill the cracks.On Sep 08 2009,they sent over two of their employees that besides the fact that they tried to find more excuses why the structure cracked,they ripped off the coping and left it open.I had to pay out of my pocket to fix the damege that they added to their poor job.(see attached photo) I am in the process to file a complain with the California Consumer Affair.AVOID under any circumstances to engage in any work with this company.If you do you will be sorry.
