I gave JACK JACKSON and MIKE (project managers baja pools) a check for $18,000 on day of gunite, and that was the last I saw or heard from baja pools.
now the gunite company, all of their suppliers and the plumbing subcontractors have all filed liens on my home.

I was feeling nervous about construction due to the lack of communicatiion from baja pools and I actually asked my salesman RANDY SMITH about the solvency of the company, but he reassured me that they were "finishing pools everyday".

now I see by all these other posts that was not true. my pool started may 2006, but I see now that they were already in a tailspin at this point. my father had cancer at the time and soon passed away, so my judgement was not what it should have been, and in hindsight they definitely took advantage of this.

I tried to get in on the bond, but the insurance company informed me that there was about $200,000 of claims ont he $10,000 bond so there was no use pursuing this with the costs etc. I would incur.

he also suddenly has found Jesus and has a bunch of religious websites. huckster preachers are the sole domains of ex-cons pimps, drug dealers and others who can no longer make an honest living, so he's in good company. no sign of baja pools president CURTIS LIGHTNER. he has managed to slither away into whatever hole he came out of.

man this has cost me a fortune, a year of absolute grief which has now started all over again with the liens - and all because I trusted a friend (the salesman).
I hope they all get what they deserve.
