Baja pools started building my pool on 7-05-2005 and they still are not done and have not given me a completion date. I sent numerous emails requesting dates from Baja and have yet to get anything in writing. Only promises via phone which are not kept.

All that is remaining to complete my pool is plastering, drain completion, start up and clean up, this is about two to three weeks of work left. There quality of work is not worth what I am going through, in additon to qualtiy of work Baja doesn't not do what the customer wants. It has been a very bad experience working with Baja.
