Californiapoolsonline.com Deceptive Pool Contractors with no License to Operate Chula Vista California

When I received a proposal and contract to sign with Californiapoolsonline, I was told that I would pay $31,000 for a pool and jacuzzi and that the entire job would take 6-8 weeks. They started the job in May. It is now November and they still have not finished. Moreover the inspections did not all pass. Furthermore, the quote is less than what they have charged me so far.
I have never felt compelled to report anyone's business but I do not appreciate being lied to and it is very frustrating to see the mess that is left in my backyard. I have had to hire someone else to do the cleanup and I have had to pay someone else to do the deck around the pool.

I found out that they are not licensed and from what I can see, they have very little experience and extremely poor customer service.

I have to go through this frustration now but I hope that by sharing my experiences to everyone about this company, it will save others from being cheated by this company. Please do not confuse this company with California Pools. They are a reputable company and have nothing to do with this other online company.
