Paul Gantaneo of Coast Pools, Inc. in Sarasota , which used to be Midstate Pool, Inc. in Sebring is a rip-off. He changed the name of his business from Midstate Pools to Coast Pools because he had so many customers upset with the swimming pools he constructed. He is also trying to get business from the reputation of our company.
I purchased his orginal pool company in 2005, Coast to Coast Pools. Mr Gaetano was supposed to take care of any major warranty items that exceeded $1000 on pools that he built before selling the company. I had his past customers calling me very mad because he would not even talk to them about their problems. One customer even sent me pictures of a cracked pool shell the he refused to fix. His warranty on the pool shell was a lifetime warranty. His warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.
He is now moving back to Sarasota and using our name (Coast to Coast Pools) all over his website, even though we have written agreements that he isn't supposed to. He has pictures on his website of pools we built and he had nothing to do with.
Please do not associate Paul Gaetano, Coast Pools, or Midstate Pools with our company, Coast to Coast Pools. We pride ourselves in custormer service and backing our product.
