I began this journey with David Potter in February and planned to install a above ground hot tub at a bargain price.  He showed up and it all seemed like this would be a simple transaction, little did i know this would end up here.

Put down payment for the hot tub and couldn't find David after that.  He wouldn't return phone calls or emails.  Finally, I was able to  track him down and he sent me great picture of "a hot tub" but still never showed up.  He kept making appointments to show but would never appear.  He explain he is trying to recover from Hurricane Ike, so i was sympathetic.

He finally showed and promised to build a deck to compensate for the delay (6 months later).  He brought his tools and wood to build the deck and haven't seen him since.

He is not returning phone calls or emails.  He always said i could get a refund and i have left messages asking for one but he is not where to be found. 

I am sure he is talented, but he is not good and customer relations or finishing projects.  I just want to end our relationship and get refund.  This is October and my porch has wood and tools on it but no one to do the work.

I have even offered to pick the hot tub up myself but he said he can't do that, but it make me feel that there is no hot tub at all.

I have tried everything to accommodate him and his hardships, but not it has gotten out of hand.
