Eagle Pool & Spa, Inc. Incompetent Pool Installer Eagleville, Pennsylvania

My report will be brief and to the point.

Eagle Pool & SPa was hired to investigate why we were experiencing a severe water leak in our vinyl pool liner.  Eagle Pool & Spa is not known for being the least expensive pool service organization, however, we selected them because they installed the original pool.  We were losing almost 150 gallons per day.

We were assured that the problem would be resolved.  They recommended a vinyl liner replacement and agreed to pressure test the pump system to be sure the system did not have a break in the plumbing.

Spring forward six months............liner is installed, bill is paid in full and the problem was not corrected.  Loss of water was measured daily and photographed.  We received continued insurances from the GM that they would remedy the situation.  It was now winter and the problem had not been resolved.  Weinter came and went.  Pool cover was destroyed becasue of the continued water leak.  Snow pack ripped the cover as the water level continued to fall.  A year went by.  Thousands of dollars in out of pocket expense for water and an independent water loss analysis.

Facts were presented and Eagle Pool & Spa stated it was not their problem.  We hired a competent pool service organization to find the problem.  It was found.  There was a leak in the pump system, one that should have been discovered by Eagle Pool & Spa.

We are now preparing a lawsuit for significant financial damages and expenses over almost a two year period.

I might add here that the GM is an arrogant, know it all,  with extremely bad customer service skills.
