We made the mistake of using this company to Diamond Brite our pool in Miami.  After three years the finish began to peel off of the pool surface.

After many calls culminating with a letter from our lawyer, AM got back to us.  For over four months, we patiently endured no shows for appointments, listening to every excuse imaginable, broken promises etc. etc.  Finally, they began to chip off the old finish.  Our pool was left in this compromised condition for over three weeks.  We then had to call our service company to complete the job as we realized AM would never finish the job.

They now have numerous complaints posted on Topix and City Search.  I feel they are going out of business as their website is no longer in operation.  However, this doesn't mean that we have heard the last of them.  Please be aware of any new company which has AM's owner, Neil Rubin involved.
