I ordered a specific pool cover from brands on sale. The cover I ordered was not cheap but it was worth the "brand" I selected. I was willing to pay a little more for quality. Instead, I received a cheap piece of crap. When I contacted the company they took a week to send me a reply email stating : (Be advised that color and style of pool cover shipped may vary from that shown on webpage). It was the wrong style, color and brand. How does a website named "brands on sale" send a different brand. That would be like ordering a gold Rolex and getting a leather Timex. This website sells junk at name brand prices! They then expect you to pay a re-stocking fee and shipping and handling when they sent you the Wrong product! Do Not use this website to order anything!
