Bought Hot tub at Cal spa location in Lynnwood for 11k
38 jet seat went out (has own computer)

lounge seat jets went out
volcano barely works
stereo access panel near lounger broke
heating unit (apparently a lifetime guarantee... ha!) broke

They sent someone out and that someone never came back, also lack of response to our mumerous calls and messages.

I am an independent service agent and may be able to help. I am not associated with with your selling dealer. I deal directly with the Warranty Department at Cal Spas.

I will need the serial number from your hot tub before I can assist. You can find the serial number on a metal plate on the outside of your cabinet next to the equipment door. The serial number will be formatted: 05S-123456 ('05' being the year of manufacture).

Once I have the serial number I can file a warranty claim with Cal Spas.
