Cal Spas are CROOKS

I put a deposit down for a jacuzzi. My condo did not have the
correct circuit breaker, so I had to cancel my order.
Cal Spas agreed to refund my $500 deposit 3 years ago and put it
in writing. I have not seen any money since and they do not return phone calls. Do not do
business with these bandits!

I would like to see this complaint directed to a specific dealer. There are over 300 Cal Spas dealers in the USA. This report makes it look like we are all bad. Most of us are great dealers and would like to be acknowledged separately. If you can post the specific dealer and name, I would be happy to take the complaint to the manufacturer for resolution on your behalf. Thank You, Rick at Pool and Spa Outlet
