November 29th, 2009 I placed an order for hot tub chemicals. My order has been billed, but the order is still in processing. I have not received any response to my emails, the company does answer the phone I have called 4 times (4 different weeks) and have been told that the order will ship "there is no problem with my order and it will ship out at the end of the week" it has not. I will wait until the end of the month then ask for my money back. I am sure I will need to file a compliant with the BBB and with my credit card company. It seems so silly a pre-boxed set of chemicals, the chemicals were not inexpensive, but I'm glad that I did not place a larger order with them.
