National Pool Wholesalers Will not stand behind the products they sell! Internet

I would like to report on the non existance of customer support of this company.  I bought a winter pool cover from this company.  While on the website, I noticed that they had these clips to fasten onto your pool cover and the plastic part of the pool deck to help keep the pool cover from blowing off during the winter weather.   The website said that these clips were universal and fit all pools.  Well, when I reveived the cover, it was fine...just what I expected, but the clips did not fit!  These clips popped right off when the next clip was put on.  I do not have a different kind of pool.  It is an above ground Doughboy.......these clips just do not fit the plastic pool deck!  These clips cost me $32.00.

When I called the company, the just insisted that the clips fit and that they had never had a problem with them before.  Why should that matter...I did have a problem and they would not accept that!  They would not accept that their product was simply not working for my application.  They told me I had to pay to ship these back!  My problem is; Why should I pay for return shipping on a product that did not meet my needs?  Now, I am very leery of this company and do not trust that even if I did send them back that I would receive a refund. 

I will never do business with this company again and I hope to tell everyone I know that has a pool not to even bother with these people....they do not stand behind what they sell.  Word of mouth is the best advertising.  Or should I say "adverse-tising!"
