These people hide under different corporations and WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They change names and close legal entity's when the heats gets to high. Relaxation Spas, Sensation Spas are the same scammers.
You Will receive an either used or poorly built spa if you receive anything at all. Check with the local ADMQ agency and fire department, they DO NOT HAVE PERMITS to operate and routinely work in the middle of the night to avoid detection. Don't take my word for it, do some HW and you will see for yourself. Check for Yahoo reviews under "Relaxation Spas Inc" Try asking for a tour of the plant, ask other manufactures you are interested in too. See what excuses you get from Relaxation Spas.
Leaks, no covers and no warranty are some of the things you can expect from these shady people. Don't say you weren't warned. Buyer Beware.

David Maddox-( The scammer himself, the one in control of the scams and puppet-master)
Tammy Knotts- Dave's Wife and accomplice , she handles the funneling of the Money
Mario Lopez- (The front-man for Dave at Relaxation Spas, Dave's puppet, "legal" owner of legal entity..for now)

Most of same complaints from before. Ordered spa at a home show in
Fresno, CA. Spa arrived on time but with no labor to unload from the
truck. Had to get my own crew to move it. Very un-proffesional. No help
on set-up or maintnance. Just dropped and drove away. NO SPA COVER, they
gave me a "loaner" until mine came that friday. 6 MONTHS LATER STILL NO
COVER. They had the wrong light, I paid for the color changing light
and got a regular. There was a leak right away, and a jet that did not
work. They came out to fix, but no cover and only fixed leak. 6 months
later still no working jet.
Now I have a giant leak from the AUX pump so I can not use my spa. And company will not return calls or answer.
Called several times. Left countless messages. Talked to them countless times and still not fixed. I am taking them to court!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
