Answered to an email add for greentea capsules to loose wait $1.00 trial offer plus $1.95 shipping Total, $2.95.

Upon receiving, received letter with product showing $2.95 chrg. Contact company via the internet to cancel any further orders and or charges. No response.

On 6/6/08 printed my checking acct info and found not 1 but 2 charges regarding this product. I contact CCNUTRA at 888-692-8352, the person I spoke with, a gentleman, believe his name was Jason. He told me that I had 30 days to cancel and return any left over product. I also told him that I had canceled via internet and he told me that there was no website to cancel and that the only way to cancel and avoid charges was mailing back any unused product. I told him I would do that. In the letter it also state that when you call you are to get a return authorization number and I wasn't given any info on that. I requested full refund of $38.95 and he informed me that they will not refund until they receive product back. I told him that I never authorized any further shipment and or charges. I also told him that I would contact my bank and request fraud against them. He told me that if I did that they would not refund me my money.

I make very little money and wasn't expecting this. On top of this another company called INE Fit Factory charged me a membership fee of $39.95. When I contacted them they agreed to credit my account back. Giving me a confirmation #. That was on June 6 as of June 11 I still have no credit. Jason was very rude, and basically threatened me if I contacted my bank over this. I tried to contact company today and unable to remain on hold I tried again later and they were closed. How do I go about returning and getting a full refund.

My 30 day trial period wasn't and still isn't over. So I should have never been charged to begin with.

There is so much fraud and scams on the internet it is pathetic. I am in disbelief at the way this customer service rep. spoke to me on the phone.

It's hard enought to make ends meet yet people and company like this think they can make a fast buck and then lie to the consumers.
