Genetest Corporation, Paragon Genetics, NiagenGenetest Corporation, Paragon Genetics, Niagen no contact, charged for no service Toronto Ontario

I ordered a non-invasive prenatal paternuty test kit from Genetest Corporation. I was charged $150 for the kit, which I recieved in the mail. I contacted them over the phone to schedule an appointment to have my blood drawn and turn in the kit. I called on thurs April 6th; I informed them that on wed April 12th I would be 12 weeks along, the earliest time that a non-invasive prenatal paternity test could be preformed. They informed me that it would be best to have the test collected on thurs April 14th. I was told that I would be contacted early in the week and told when and where I was to go on thurs April 14th. It is now fri April 15th and I have called Genetest everyday this week and have recieved an answering machine everytime. I have also sent an e-mail. Not only have I not been contacted, I can't even reach them. So, essentially I lost out on $150 and am losing precious time on establishing the paternity of my child, a very serious issue.
