This company refuses to follow up with clients and provide accurate pricing information. They also will not return calls nor e-mails.
I paid $699 up front fees with this company on June 19th 2009 and was assigned to a Spencer Morgan. I e-mailed him 2 times after that to get information he informed me via e-mail that he would be sending (no response). I was then contacted by a Robin Grisham from American Maternity Assc. who was setting up doctors visits for me. I informed her I had not had contact with my advocate and was not in town to make an appt. I then called to cancel and was connected with Scott Smith who said Spencer was no longer there. He and Robin got together and sent me info for clinics in my area that would charge between $1100-$1600 for prenatal care. I went to Clinic and was charged over $900 for 1st visit and due to pay $160 and more for each addtl visit. I obtained insurance and called to cancel again and none of the #'s worked. 20 days later I received an e-mail from company with new #. I finally received a cancel form, filled it out and faxed in on Nov 3rd. Received no response nor refund and cannot get new assigned advocate (Brett C. Miller) nor anyone else to assist me. I wish I could have selected all of the above for the complaint reason. I have sent e-mails and left at least 6 voice messages.
 I am seeking a full refund for 1) lack of service and adequate advocate representation 2)continuously being given inaccurate information on pricing 3)providing in writing on company forms a legitimate cancel reason and providing documentation
